Graffam & Biaggi is a small law firm providing for over twenty five (25) years professional legal services to both claimants and defendants throughout the island of Puerto Rico.  The firm handles litigation in all local courts and administrative agencies of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, as well as federal cases before the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico and the United States Department of Labor.  The firm has ample experience in appellate practice before the Appellate and Supreme Courts of Puerto Rico, the First Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
