Founding Partner

Keith was born in Boston, MA but has lived in Puerto Rico his entire life.  In 1982, he obtained a B.A. in History from Tulane University in New Orleans and in 1985 a Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico School of Law, while working as a waiter and afterwards as a radio dispatcher and/or merchant mariner sailing aboard tugboats for Crowley Towing and Transportation throughout the Caribbean, the Leeward and Windward Islands, as well as North and South America. 

In 1984, Keith became the legal assistant for the U.S. Magistrate Judge Justo Arenas in the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico.  Thereafter, Keith went into private practice until April 1, 1999, when Graffam & Biaggi law offices were founded with his spouse, partner and mother of his three (3) children, Patricia A. Biaggi-Trigo. 

Keith has over 35 years of experience counseling clients and personally handling cases representing both plaintiffs and defendants with a strong concentration in product liability, warranty law, personal injury, medical malpractice and labor (federal worker’s compensation) litigation. His experience includes bench trials, jury trials, administrative hearings, appeals, arbitrations and mediations.  He is admitted to the Puerto Rico bar (1986), as well as the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico (1987), the United States First Circuit Court of Appeals (1986) and the United States Supreme Court (1989). 

Keith is fluent in Spanish and English.

Managing Partner

Patricia was born in San German, Puerto Rico. In 1991 she obtained a B.S. Magna Cum Laude in Psychology from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez, and in 1994 a Juris Doctor from the Catholic University of Puerto Rico School of Law.   She is admitted to the Puerto Rico bar (1995), the United States District Court for the District of Puerto Rico (2000) and the United States First Circuit Court of Appeals (1999).

Patricia has over 26 years of experience as a lawyer with a strong concentration in medical malpractice, personal injury cases, administrative and notary law.  She has extensive experience before all regional offices of the Puerto Rico Department of Consumer Affairs (“DACO” by its Spanish acronym), as a representative of both the automobile and banking industry. Patricia is a founding member and managing partner of Graffam & Biaggi.

Patricia is fluent in Spanish and English.
